Training Smart with Dumbbells

October 29 (Wednesday)   7:30 – 9:30 p.m.   $65

 

No need to join a club and hoist heavy weights if you are interested in getting stronger, changing your shape and building muscle.  With hand weights (dumbbells) 5-20 lbs., I will show you how to start “pumping iron” to really improve your fitness level.  Increase shape, definition and strength in arms, shoulders, back, chest, legs and buttocks without bulking up.

 

 

Now & Zen/Mediation Training 

November 19 (Wednesday)   7:30 – 9:30 p.m.   $70

            

A complete training in various types of meditation.  The course includes instructions on how to meditate, how meditation applies to everyday life and enhances our moment-to-moment experience, and how meditation enables us to deal effectively with stress and learn how to relax.

 

 

How to Burn Body Fat

November 12 (Wednesday) 7:30-9:30 p.m.   $65

 

To wade through all the information on getting rid of body fat and losing weight can be confusing.  In this 2 hour workshop we will show you the healthy, fool-proof ways to lose fat painlessly and for good.  Using the proven techniques of diet, exercise, attitude and lifestyle you can start dropping fat off your body tomorrow as you get healthier!

 

 

Personal Training/Fitness Consultation

$75 per hour

 

I will work with you one-on-one at your choice of places to assist and motivate you to achieve your fitness goals.  The training can include fitness evaluation and schedule, strength, flexibility and aerobic work, nutritional guidance, weight management and stress reduction tailored to your special needs and interests.
